Senior Enlisted Advisor, Camp Mujuk
First Sergeant Jorge E. Cedeno-Tulloch

First Sergeant Cedeno-Tulloch reported to Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina in October 1997.  Upon graduation, he received orders to Camp Geiger, NC for Marine Combat Training.  After successfully completing combat training in March of 1998, he reported to Naval Air Station Meridian, Mississippi where he trained for his primary Military Occupational Specialty as an Aviation Supply Specialist.   

In May 1998, he reported to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 12, Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Air Wing, Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan.  He served as the Supply Receiving Branch clerk, Consumables Issue Section Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge, and Consumables Control Branch Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge.  In July 2001, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.

In October 2001, he reported to Commander of Naval Air Forces Pacific, Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, California.  He served as the Type/Model/Series Manager for the CH-46 Phrog, AH-1W Cobra and the UH-1N Huey.  He provided logistical support to deployed Marine Operating Bases in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom I and Operation Iraqi Freedom II.

In January 2005, he reported to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 11, Marine Aircraft Group 11, 3rd Marine Air Wing, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California and was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant.  He served as the Awaiting Parts Branch Staff Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge within the Repairable Management Division.  In January 2006, he deployed to Muharraq, Bahrain in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and held the billet of Mobile Air Cargo Handling Team Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge.  In February 2007, he returned to the Repairable Management Division and served as the Satellite Supply Staff Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge.

In May 2009, he reported to Marine Aviation Training Support Squadron One, Naval Air Station Meridian, Mississippi. He was assigned to the Marine Aviation Supply Specialist Course and served as a Basic Instructor and Senior Instructor.  Between the periods of July 2010 and December 2011, he was twice nominated and selected as the Instructor of the Quarter.  In March of 2011, he graduated from the Curriculum Developer Course 3-11 and later served as the Marine Aviation Supply Specialist Course Curriculum Developer.

In January 2013, he reported to Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina for Drill Instructor Duty with Class 2-13.  Upon Graduation, he reported to 1st Recruit Training Battalion, where he served as a Drill Instructor, Experienced Drill Instructor, and Senior Drill Instructor for both Alpha and Delta Company.  In July 2013, he was selected for promotion to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant.

In January 2015, he reported to Support Battalion, Parris Island, South Carolina where he served as Company Gunnery Sergeant and Company First Sergeant for the Recruit Processing Company. In November 2015, he reported to the Instructional Training Company where he served as Company First Sergeant. 

In June 2016, he reported to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 13, Marine Aircraft Group 13, 3rd Marine Air Wing, Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona where he served as the Repairable Management Division Warehouse Chief.  In September 2017, he was promoted to his current rank of First Sergeant.

In October 2017, he assumed the duties as the Senior Enlisted Advisor for Marine Corps Installation Camp Mujuk, South Korea.

First Sergeant Cedeno-Tulloch’s personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (w/gold star in lieu of 2nd award), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (w/gold stars in lieu of 4th award), Good Conduct Medal (silver star in lieu of 6th award), and Drill Instructor Ribbon.

He is married to Anna Cedeno-Tulloch of San Diego, Ca.
