Covington to the site where Hirofumi Takeda, director general of Okinawa Defense Bureau gave a brief on the Marine Corps Air Station Futenma Relocation Facility Feb. 16. Covington is the deputy commander for MCIPAC. Kishida is the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Government of Japan.
