Maj. Gen. Peter J. Talleri, Marine Corps Base Camp Butler commanding general and deputy commander for Marine Corps Bases Japan, presents Rubylyn Almonte, the passport agent and naturalization coordinator for U.S. Forces Japan, with a letter of appreciation May 16 for her efforts over the past three years here. Almonte has assisted in the naturalization of more than 700 Marines, sailors and military family members.
