U.S. Army Lt. Col. Jeremy P. McGuire, left, presents an Army Achievement Medal citation to Petty Officer 2nd Class Geoffrey Ward at Camp Casey Army Garrison Aug. 7 during Korean Marine Exchange Program 12-7. McGuire is the commander of 1st Battalion, 15th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. Ward is a hospital corpsman with 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
