Master Gunnery Sgt. Pete De La Rosa collects litter during a seawall cleanup April 10 in Chatan Town. The cleanup was a part of Tomo Days, which was initiated to highlight the relationship between the Japanese community and military personnel following the 2nd anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake and subsequent tsunami.
