U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Rhys Stewart, an administrative specialist with the Installation Personnel Administration Center, poses for an environmental portrait with his certificate of naturalization on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 13, 2021. Stewart lived in St. Catherine, Jamaica, with his parents for the first 17 years of his life.
