U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Phillip Tate, outgoing Bravo Company commander, Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific, receives the company guidon from 1st Sgt. Shawn Bowman, B Co first sergeant, during a change of command ceremony for B Co, H&S Bn, MCIPAC, on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, July 14, 2023. Tate served one year as the company commander for B Co, H&S Bn, MCIPAC, and was relieved by Capt. Matthew Mogish, a judge advocate with the Legal Services Support Section, MCIPAC.
