Installation Law Section          

The Installation Law (ILAW) Section provides customer service for Marine Corps service members, members of the civilian component, and their dependents.  In particular, the ILAW Section provides Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) Certification Letters and SOFA Cancellation Letters.  In addition, the ILAW Section provides Approval Letters for the aforementioned individuals to engage in Commercial Activities or Private Employment in Japan.  Please, use the links below to digitally request the appropriate letter.
