Marines who notice suspicious activity have many options to choose from when seeking direction or advice about reporting their suspicions. One III MEF Marine recently displayed the mental and moral courage to say, “Not in my Corps,” by turning in fellow Marines who were using a barracks bathroom as a hideaway to smoke the illicit drug known as Spice.
