Pfc. James E. Baker connects a lightweight water purification system hose at Kin Blue beach near Camp Hansen April 30. The purpose of the training exercise was to train new Marines and test the functionality of the water purification systems for future use within the Asia-Pacific region, according to Sgt. Anthony W. Griggs. Baker and Griggs are water support technicians with Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
